Warrior Training is more than just physical exercise – it’s a mindset and attitude towards yourself and your SALUS Trainer. I pay close attention to your energy levels and where you are in your cycle during each session.
It’s always YOUR training; it’s all about empowering you and getting in sync with your inner warrior and respecting your boundaries!

After our email exchange, we’ll have a quick phone call so you can see if I’m the right fit for you. If we match, we’ll meet in person to discuss your fitness goals, check out the gym, and talk about what’s important to you – no strings attached.
Then we can decide together when to start your Warrior Training!
