The Warrior Training is all about helping you blow off steam and switch off your mind so you can feel amazing in your own skin. It lets you just be in the moment because it challenges you just the right amount!

After every Warrior Training session, you’ll leave feeling happy with a big smile on your face

In Warrior Training, we focus on building strength in your upper body – that means arms, abs, and back! Plus, we work on improving your endurance, coordination, and flexibility.

It’s a holistic workout – think of it as wellness from the inside out! ;-)

It’s getting tough, so buckle up!

You will experience Warrior Training in blocks — you can choose between Hero (1 block), Champion (2 blocks), or Mighty (3 blocks), each lasting about 12 to 16 weeks.

For all the Champions and Mighty ones out there, you'll take a short break in between and return with renewed excitement and fresh commitment for the next round.

We will meet twice a week for 60 minutes, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that spots are limited.

Our sessions will take place at the dope gym called Ultimate Personal Training in Zurich Enge, just 300 meters from the train station, featuring private and clean showers in a beautiful changing room.

The Warrior challenge is designed to push you just the right amount and is time-limited to keep things exciting. This way, you get the chance to fully commit and achieve real results within that timeframe.
